Creative Writing: Summer of Adventure

Service Description

This summer, young writers are invited to step into a six-week creative journey designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and help each discover their unique voice. Using the Setting Sail curriculum from Society of Young Inklings, students will explore storytelling through playful prompts, guided activities, and meaningful reflection. Each session offers a balance of creativity and structure, giving writers the tools they need while leaving plenty of room for their own ideas to grow. Writers will: generate fresh story ideas through engaging prompts experiment with characters, settings, and story structure develop their writing in a supportive, low-pressure environment build confidence in sharing and expressing their ideas Whether a student already loves writing or is just beginning to explore it, this program meets them where they are and helps them take their next step forward. As part of this program, your child will receive three months of complimentary Inklings Membership through Society of Young Inklings.
